Broccoli Leaf

Broccoli Leaf is simply the leaf of the broccoli plant! The delicious nutritious green is a new discovery for us. For years we left it in the field, ignored. Until last season, when Farmer Chad learned about it's benefits at a vegetable conference. Now we know that Broccoli Leaf is sweeter, more tender, and milder in flavor compared to kale! It's delicious!

Season: July-September

Recipes: One Pot Pasta with Broccoli Leaf

Storage: Rinse the leaves in cold water, shake off excess, and wrap loosely in a plastic bag. You could also trim the ends and put them in a jar filled with about two inches of water. Wrap the top loosely in plastic.
