Your First CSA Pickup Day
Picking up your CSA share is easy, there are just a few things to look out for.
Find your name on the sign in sheet (alphabetical by last name) and add your signature.
Don’t forget a reuseable bag or box to pack your produce into.
Enjoy that box of homegrown deliciousness and we’ll see you next week!
Market-Style Pickups
(2026 - Kirby’s Farm Market, Ogden Town Building, Gleason Works, Community Christian Church)
Fruits and vegetables will be available in large containers, labelled with how much each share size can take. For example a bushel of apples might say “Quarter - 3, Half - 6, Full - 12”.
First, add your signature to the sign-in sheet.
Then, read through the pack-list.
Go down the line and select your items according to the labels.
Your coordinator is available to help or answer questions.

Traditional Style Pickups
(2026 - MVP, QVI, Katboocha, Farmhouse Table, Rochester Public Market)
Don’t forget your reuseable bag to pack your produce into, and leave the box at pickup. If you forget to bring a bag once or twice, remember to bring your box back. There’s a $5 fee for any boxes that aren’t returned.
Be sure to take the correct size share. Boxes are organized and stacked by share size. If you need a reminder what size you signed up for, it will be listed next to your name on the sign-in sheet.
FULL SHARES receive an abundance of produce. If you’re a Half Share member and it seems like a LOT of produce in your box, you probably picked up a Full Share on accident. Full Share will often have four of something (like zucchini), or a VERY large version of something like cabbage or squash.
HALF SHARE receive about half of what the Full share gets, there’s always at least one of everything, and often two.
Quarter Shares are like a sampler share, with a little bit of everything.
